BREAKFAST
The breakfast menu is available all day, and is unique and has something to tempt most
palettes. Here's a selection of what just some of what you can expect:
EGGS BENEDICT - Toasted foccaccia with sundried tomato tapinade, poached eggs, leg ham,
basil hollandaise & roasted tomatoes.
CORN FRITTER STACK - Layered with bacon, avocado, chive cream, sweet chilli sauce
& roast tomato.
SMOKED SALMON - On grilled sourdough with chive cream on fresh salad greens,topped with
poached eggs and lemon dressing.
VEGO BREAKFAST - Feta & herb hash on braised mushies with poached eggs, hummus,
roasted tomatoes& rocket pesto.
LUNCH
Lunch starts from 11am, and there is also a daily blackboard menu to select from. Some of the
great meals for lunch are:
RED EMPEROR FILLETS - In a crisp beer batter on fires, with thai aioli & side salad.
MILD CURRY COUS COUS - With sweet & sour chickpeas, cucumber & mint yoghurt, slow roasted
tomatoes & crisp papadams on fresh greens.
KING PRAWNS & SCALLOPS - Wok tossed with asian greens & thai style ream sauce on fragrant
rice.
LAMB CUTLETS - Lightly marinated & grilled, served on roast garlic mash, grilled eggplant,
slow roasted tomato & baby spinach with red currant & chilli sauce.
BURGERS - FATBOR FRIES - WEDGES - TURKISH BREAD - Some of the sides you might like.
DINNER
The restaurant is open Friday & Saturday nights, with the menu changing often, and blackboard
specials are available. Bookings are recommended, see some of the selection below:
ENTREES:
OYSTERS - Natural, Kilpatrick, Lime Hollandaise
CONFIT DUCK SPRING ROLLS - With pickled ginger syrup.
TEMPURA WHITING FILLETS - Tossed through a salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes,olives
& balsamic.
PRAWN BRUSCHETTA - With red peppers, garlic, lemon, baby spinach & olive oil.
MAINS:
BEEF TENDERLOIN - On truffle scented mash, wilted spinach, slow roasted tomato, with
rosemary & merlot jus.
PAN ROASTED SCHNAPPER FILLET - On tempura nori rolls, snowpeas with wasabi leek cream
& five herbed salad.
VENISON FILLET - With hazelnut crust on parsnip puree with red wine poached pear,
broccolini & cranberry jus.
DESSERTS:
A great selection from the blackboard.

have a wide selection of teas and cold drinks to choose from.
